We decided that we're not a two-dog family, so Amy is going to take Jada back to the shelter tomorrow. It's cool, they haven't put a dog down in 2 years and she's a great dog who'll be adopted right away.

I still feel like a big jerk though. We're not going to look at another dog again until the Dink is gone. I can't go through this again.

August 5: We ended up keeping Jada. She's pretty awesome. Hooray!
