more mail woes (and fixes)

Before you delve into this message: if you don't understand what I'm
talking about, don't worry. Just please let me know if you start to
get more spam than usual after today and I'll try to fix it for you.

A helpful woozle user has helped me nail down yet another problem with
woozle's anti-spam lineup. This was happening because of a bug in
bogofilter (part of the anti-spam cadre) which caused it to toss its
cookies if its database grew too large. It also, helpfully, corrupted
the database.

Recall how the anti-spam stuff on woozle works:

1. If you get spam in your mailbox, move it to a folder called "Junk"
2. Check the "Junk" folder for things that aren't spam, and move those
back to your Inbox (or whatever other folder you like)
3. The magical spam fairy will learn what you think is junk and what you
think isn't. It should only take a day or two to get pretty good at it.

You must now set up an explicit filter to file away your junk, otherwise
it'll just go into your inbox. You can either go through
https://woozle.org/filter/ to do this (filter on the "X-Bogosity"
header starting with "Spam"), or just ask me (Neale) to set it up for
you.

If you don't want to use woozle's built-in anti-spam thingy, that's
fine, I just ask that you not have a Junk folder on the server, in order
to speed things up.

Thanks,

Neale
