[LA Bikes] Re: Paint stripe end on Central

Neale, I took a look at that "bike lane ends" striping on the
way back home today. It looks like the county simply needs to erase the
curved dashed stripes that appears to tell cyclists to "merge"
onto the sidewalk. Simply feather them out, or something.

I'm almost certain that neither Kyle nor Nancy would have intended the
meaning that both you and I infer from that paint. But since the paint
seems to direct riders up onto that sidewalk ramp, that's certainly what
it seems to do.
