Yeah, I was wrong in assuming all sasl's are equal...

I'm trying to figure out how to do the master <-> server thing to get
the user/group ids and home directory. I'm not there yet; I'll probably
try the dovecot-list for some help.

Anyway, I'll continue my efforts. I'll let you know if anything useful
comes of it.
