[pysieved] Unable to delete rule

Hi,

using the latest version of pysieved together with avelsieve 1.9.7 I'm not 
able to delete a rule when there is only a single rule. The following is the 
output of pysieved when I attempt to delete the rule:

I'm not sure whether this is actually a problem with avelsieve and not 
pysieved.
