So am I.  I think you just want to use the passwd userdb method, but I'm not 
really sure where Dovecot is going to look for the .dovecot.sieve file in 
your case.  It the passwd module doesn't work you could try the virtual 
module, setting the base to /home (or wherever home directories are).
