Success ! - mostly :)

Using the virtual userdb, the system was able to create the scripts
( once I'd loosened the permissions on the mail directories ), however
the script were created with mode 600, which gave difficulties in
reading them so I thought. Having changed the permissions, it still
didn't work.

It turns out that regardless of where you put your mail directories,
Dovecot seems to expect the sieve script to be in your home directory,
hence using the passwd module worked best for this setup. I guess this
could be a Dovecot bug ( or behaviour by design ), but it certainly
wasn't obvious from the config.

Regardless, pysieved seems to be working just fine - many thanks !
